A Symbolic Tower Project Revisited

Just as this issue was going into production came the news that the massive air-rights tower project at South Station has come back to life after 10 years. Revived by Texas-based real estate development giant Hines, the project first received approval in 2006. It’s yet another sign of our booming regional economy, and the construction activity that goes along with it. The photo of the project in Banker & Tradesman and other business publications looked familiar, as it should – it was the same photo that graced the cover of the very first issue of The Professional Contractor, back in early 2007!
